We are conveniently located at 25 Constitution Boulevard South, Lower Level, Shelton, Connecticut. When you arrive, parking is available in the rear of the building. Enter through the main entrance, and take the stairs or elevator to the lower level where our center is located. We look forward to welcoming you!
